FAQ

What is your return policy? If you are not 100% satisfied with your prints, I am happy to offer a refund within 7 days of receiving them. You are responsible for the cost of shipping of the return and I ask that all prints are in like new condition.

How do prints ship? To be more cost and time effective, canvas posters ship rolled in a tube.

How long does shipping usually take? Depends on product, your location, and the shipping option you chose at check out. Generally, domestic shipping (within the US) with the standard shipping option usually takes between 4-7 business days. International orders take bit longer.  Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Tell me more about these Canvas Posters... The material that the prints are printed on are a cotton poly blend canvas. It's weight is between a photo paper and thick industrial poster paper but since it's a fabric, it's much more forgiving-even though it ships rolled, it lays flat nicely. Another big bonus is that if, like me, you decided to do invisible frames and move the piece around a lot, you can iron (IMPORTANT-only iron the back side of the print, NOT the side with the printing on it and always test a small area first) out any wrinkles or creases to give it that crisp look again.

Will you be offering other plant prints in the near future? Yes! Be sure to sign up for my Newsletter to be on top of new products and discounts.

Can you print other sizes not offered? YES! The printing company I use offers many sizes smaller and bigger than what I put on my website. If you have a custom size in mind, please contact me and I will happily look into formatting and pricing for said size.

Do you ship outside of the US? Yep! My third party shipping company ships worldwide!

Do you sell anywhere other than online? As of now, I do not.

Are your images Copyrighted? Yes. Every image on this website pertaining to my artwork has been copyrighted so any reproduction of any partial or whole image is illegal. However, snapping a picture of your purchased product and giving the creator credit (#wallsofwild or @wallsofwild) is happily and highly encouraged!! Check out our instagram gallery

Do you have recommendations for framing? The super nice thing about the canvas posters is that they have a bit of a weight to them that keeps them sharp looking when on a wall even without a frame. I have been using toupee tape (basically very strong double sided tape) and clothes hangers (as seen in my images) as a self made "invisible frame". If you want even less of a frame I would suggest magnet invisible frames found at most local craft stores.

Do you have an Etsy? I do! https://www.etsy.com/shop/wallsofwild/  however I do not keep inventory so when an order comes in through Etsy, I then have to manually order it from my third party printing company so it's $0.99 cheaper to just order from this site :)

Do you sell your prints in any stores? I am excited to say there could be something in the works here-sign up for my Newsletter on my Welcome page to be sure that you don't miss the big announcement!

For all other questions, I ask you to reach out to me personally at wallsofwild@gmail.com or through the form HERE and I will respond as quickly as I can :)
